All services are subject to a written estimate agreed upon by both parties prior to work beginning. Scope changes during a project may result in revised pricing, communicated before additional work proceeds.
2. Estimates & Payment
- Free estimates are provided with no obligation.
- Payment terms are outlined in each project estimate or invoice.
- We accept Cash and Check. We do not process credit cards through this website.
- A deposit may be required for larger projects, as specified in the estimate.
- Balances are due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Licensing & Insurance
Rosales Landscaping Services Inc. operates under California Contractor License LIC #1136741 and carries general liability insurance. Proof of licensing and insurance is available upon request.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
- We will make every effort to arrive on the scheduled date and time. Weather, equipment issues, or prior job delays may occasionally affect scheduling. We will notify you as early as possible.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (510) 228-8845.
- Deposits for projects cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are accessible as needed for the project.
- Inform us of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or property hazards before work begins.
- Secure pets and inform household members of scheduled work.
- Grant reasonable access to the work area for crew and equipment.
6. Warranty & Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of a completed project, contact us within 7 days and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge, provided the issue falls within the original agreed scope of work. This does not cover damage caused by weather events, third parties, or failure to maintain installed landscaping.
